What if I want to change my product?

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of order, free of charge.

How does your warranty work?

The Nest Warranty is Karün’s unique warranty. We commit to always be there for you. Our commitment to you is that we will always provide a solution to your problem. We invite you to take a look here to get the full information about our warranty.

What should I do if I have a problem with the product?

If you experience any problem with your Karün frames or sunglasses, please contact us at or through social media. We will stand by to help within 24h tops.

To make this effective, be so kind to include the following information on your email message:

1. How can Karün be of any assistance to resolve your issue?

2. What happened - please describe the issue + send images.

3. Which model do you have (Check inside of temple - 8-character code).

4. Where did you buy the Karun product? (Please include the receipt or proof of purchase).

5. When did you buy the Karun product? (Please include the receipt or proof of purchase).

6. Provide us with your contact information (Full name, address, and phone number)

How do I track my order?

We will always select a shipping method that has a tracking number to follow up your parcel. As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link. 

In case you do not receive the email with the information or experience  any delivery problem, reach out via email or social media and we will support you within 24h. Make sure to indicate your order number so we can help you better.

How long does it take to arrive?

For frames and sunglasses, the estimated delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days depending on your location, depending on the courier and product. Exact delivery times for your country are available in the link below.

In case you only ordered straps, your package will be delivered with postal service. Please count up to 10 business days for delivery.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE in the European Union on orders over € 99.

Standard shipping is FREE in Switzerland and Norway on orders over € 150.

How does your recycling option works?

Circularity is important for us, so you can recycle your Karün frames. If your product has reached the end of life, we can offer you to recycle it. That way we can transform it to a brand new product and reward you with a 25% discount on a new purchase.

What are the measurements of the frames?

The size guide for each frame can be found at the right side of the web page, next to the price tag. When the size guide button is clicked a detailed measures page will automatically open.

To know which frame fits you better, measure the width of your face. The length of your glasses should be slightly wider, but usually no more than the width of a finger.

What does it mean to have polarized lenses?

Polarized lenses neutralize glare, providing more focused vision, reduces reflection, allows for true perception of colours, and improves visual comfort.

Vision in bright sunlight is perceived as considerably more relaxing and less tiring wearing polarized lenses.

Why is the environment so important to you?

The environment is important to us because we believe that we are all nature and we think the reality we live and build as a society is a consequence of our perception: If we see ourselves as something different or superior to nature, we will build a world separate from it. But if we see ourselves as part of nature, we will build a world in harmony with it. 

That is why our purpose is to inspire the world into reflecting on the question: what would the world look like if we understood that we are all nature? This same question may be the founding cornerstone of our company, and after 8 years we don't have an answer to it - and probably never will - but reflecting on it has led us to make every decision taking care of nature, ourselves and all living beings. Nature inspired us from the beginning to create products under a different logic; we want to step forward from the existing business model that rules many companies, which generates a big amount of waste and pollution and get closer to the natural cycle of life where everything is valuable so it can be reused and nothing becomes waste. We know we can do things differently and still create a high-quality product, let's not take this planet for granted.

Where are the glasses produced and why?

After collecting the discarded material in the south of Chile (fishing nets, ropes, and metals from Lebu and Cochamó); it is converted into raw material by our recycling partners. Then it is sent to Italy, South Korea and Turkey where the frames are manufactured with the latest technologies, ensuring that we meet the best quality standards. 

To compensate for the carbon emissions generated by our operation, due to shipments of raw material and then the final product, we measure our footprint and net it with carbon credits. This way we have become a CarbonNeutral ® Company.
