- How much is the shipping

 - Standard shipping is FREE in the European Union on orders over € 99

 

- Lost Packages

- If a package gets lost, the courier will start an Investigation. We know that this process can take long. If the package is not found in the next 10 business days after the original date, it was scheduled to arrive. We will take your case to give you a personalized solution. 

 

- Track my order

- As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information, including the tracking number of your parcel and a tracking link from the carrier´s web page so you can follow up the process.
- In case you do not receive the email with the information or experience any delivery problem, reach out via email europe@karunworld.com or social media and we will support you within 24h. Make sure to indicate your order number so we can help you better.

- Taxes & Import fees

We are not responsible for any action taken by customs, additional taxes or fees. The recipient of import packages is responsible for customs charges that may apply to the shipment.

 

- I did not receive my package, what can I do?

- Check the tracking information via the link you received by email (check spam).
- Contact the carrier directly and ask for instructions.
